Looking for a new opportunity?

We are looking for a talented and creative full-time Digital Marketing Executive to support our continued success. Networkology is an IT services company that works with a growing number of public sector organisations including the MOD. Whilst our existing service offering and reputation is firmly rooted in the networks and communications space, we have a number of new complementary technologies and practices that are expanding rapidly.

The target start date for this role is Monday the 4th of January 2021.

Working With Us

We are a people focused company and pride ourselves on how we treat our employees, contractors, suppliers and clients alike. We are a sociable organisation (where global pandemics allow!) and actively encourage open communication and teamwork at all levels, without any of the pitfalls of larger companies with complex hierarchies.

This is an opportunity to get onboard with a rapidly growing company. For the right individual there will be opportunities for the role to develop along with the organisation and for your skills to grow whilst gaining exposure to all aspects of digital (and physical) marketing.

You wouldn’t be working alone; you’d be working closely with and reporting to the Technical Director, who has a background in creative content, web-design and photography. So there will be plenty of opportunity for guidance and to exchange creative ideas.

Location

We are a ‘remote first’ organisation with staff in various parts of the country. We have no traditional offices currently, instead we utilise the latest in collaborative software to ensure that we maintain contact and communication regardless of our location. Of course there are always cases where semi-regular face to face meetings are necessary, whether for client work or team-building/social events.

With the above in mind this role largely involves working from home, so a good reliable internet connection is a must. However the primary place of work that a candidate would be expected to commute to if asked would be our notional base in Hartham Park, Corsham, Wiltshire. Because of this, a candidate’s close proximity to Corsham or the wider Wiltshire area is desirable.

Role Responsibilities

At a high level, typical day to day responsibilities would include but may not be limited to:

  • Content creation, development and management of our website.
  • Creating graphics and content for our social media platforms.
  • Managing the release of content and reporting on responses using analytics.
  • Campaign management for online campaigns including webinars and/or partner events.
  • Asset creation for the company, this could be single-use graphics, campaign concepts, stationary backgrounds, flyers or many things in between!
  • Using your knowledge of SEO to analyse our digital performance, make recommendations and ultimately address any shortfalls.
  • Working on potential SEM and E-Commerce approaches and content.
  • Exploring new creative ways to market Networkology.
