Due to Networkology’s increasing engagements within the financial industry, Director William McEvoy recently obtained the Claritas® certification from the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute (CFA Institute). The CFA Claritas® program covers the essentials of finance, ethics, and investment roles, providing a clear understanding of the global investment industry.
William commented – “Whether providing CTO level consultancy services or carrying out detailed cyber-forensics for an investment bank, hedge fund, or insurance company, you have to be aware of the business focus, modus operandi and levels of integrity required of individuals when operating within these compliance focused and highly regulated organizations. Delivering consultancy and managed services frequently exposes Networkology consultants and engineers to commercially sensitive data and business critical systems. By obtaining the CFA Claritas® certificate, this allows us to understand fully and communicate effectively the business needs of our investment industry clients, whilst ensuring that we meet the high levels of risk management and integrity required to operate within this sector. As our business in this vertical increases the CFA Claritias® will now become the baseline certificate for our resources and management staff when operating within our financial industry client base.
Additionally, our Resourcing Director, Alexandra Dixon previously had a very successful 10 year plus career at Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) providing executive support services to senior board members and so we are extremely fortunate that we can now benefit from her extensive experience in the investment banking sector to ensure that the appropriate levels of expertise are applied to the appropriate business units of our clients. ”
